Meet Ted: ADOPTED

December 1, 2014

Every Saturday afternoon I find myself in the same routine driving down highway 51 toward Camelback Road. Each week a different puppy but a similar ora of pure joy in his/her face. This week I was blessed to shoot with the adorable Ted. Ted sat in the car seat, eyes closed with his mouth half open, smiling as I lightly massaged his face. I make sure to take this time to really bond and make the dog feel comfortable in this unfamiliar environment.

Ted is approximately 8 years old. He was saved from the pound e-list on August 23rd when AZSDR vowed to save 23 dogs to honor the 23 dogs who died in the Gilbert boarding tragedy. Ted is the last of those dogs waiting to be adopted.  I absolutely love Ted!! He is so adorable, sweet and easy going. Not a peep out of him during those 3 hours together.  Although he does slightly shed, his fur is incredinly soft. He gets along great with all other dogs and people and just wants a comfortable bed to sleep and a loving place to call home.
