I spent my morning baking another batch of protein muffins.
Last week I made these, which were equally delicious but today I added a few more ingredients and alterations which made them perfectly moist and sweet.
1 cup oats
1/2 cup greek yogurt (I used vanilla favor)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/4 agave nectar
1/2 cup egg whites
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes
1 large banana
A few pinches of slivered almonds
Add oats, yogurt, cinnamon, protein, egg whites, baking soda, baking powder, agave nectar, banana, and coconut flakes into a food processor. Add the mixture into a greased muffin pan or baking cup. I added extra pieces of banana, coconut flakes and slivered almonds to the top of the muffins. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
