These are the best protein pancakes I have made so far.
And the best part…. dun dun dun… its healthy … and …CLEAN!
I will definetly be making these cakes again.

Ingredients
One apple, sliced large
One banana, sliced
1/4 all natural maple syrup
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
1 egg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1/2 cup almond milk
Directions
Add one slice of apple, protein powder, egg, cinnamon, agave nectar, almond milk, rolled oats and shredded coconut. Mix together in a food processor and add mixture to pan. I added a slice of apple while cooking but it made it difficult to cook thoroughly. I ended up putting each sauteed slice in between each pancake with bananas. Serve with all natural maple syrup.
