I had a case of the Monday’s

Mondays… never an easy day for anyone. But it was especially hard because I had not gotten in to San Francisco until 11pm Sunday night from my trip to Rehoboth Beach. I did not want to have to go to the grocery store so I made something quick and easy for our Monday night dinner! Spicy turkey meat sauce with Wheat Pasta.

Directions:
chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, sliced can tomatoes and two chopped garlic cloves. Put in processor and chop… mix…. add mix to olive oil in pan along with your ground turkey. Mix and cook all together. When pasta is finished… add the meat and extra caned pasta sauce if needed (I used basil Rao’s) … complete with a parsley leaf in the pasta as pictured. Hope you like, enjoy!
