I have found the best solution, making our lives so much easier when traveling with the girls. BABY QUIP, a company that offers rentals for short term use while traveling for baby/toddler items. It has been such a game changer for us. We have rented everything from cribs, highchairs, baby monitors, sound machines, to a toy package to keep them occupied. We never feel the need to overpack and each representative in the area has been amazing to work with, efficient and on time with delivery. This is not a sponsored post, but I wanted to include this tip for you while traveling, as it really has changed how we go about it now and thought it could be helpful to you too. FAQ:
Q: Do they supply the crib sheets?
Yes, Quality Providers provide two fitted sheets (in case one gets dirty) and a mattress cover along with any crib or pack ‘n play rental.
Q: How far in advance do you need to submit a rent request? We recommend as far in advance as possible, especially around the holidays. However, most customers reserve baby gear 7-10 days before their trip.
Q: Do you have to clean/disinfect the items before the pickup? No, Quality Providers take care of that for the customers.
Q: If car seat is needed, do they do carseat drop off at airport? Yes, QPs will meet customers at the airport.
Q: What is the cleaning process?
We require that all QPs meticulously clean and sanitize all of their baby equipment. They are taught how to properly clean items to ensure every family is able to experience safe and spotless items. Babies’ immune systems are still developing and we understand that our customers rightfully expect clean products. All gear is inspected and cleaned after every pickup and then inspected and lightly cleaned again before the next delivery. All cleaners used are organic or non-toxic.
Babyquip has also started a company as of last year, called Babyquip Cleaning where someone comes and cleans your baby items. You can use this link to book and also get 10% off that service as well.
