Two Summer Looks for Lake Tahoe with Evereve Official

July 18, 2019

Before we left for Lake Tahoe, my closet felt empty and I had far too many dressier outfits waiting to be packed away. JJ kept reminding me how casual and relaxed this trip would be, and that I should focus on bringing items that were comfortable, easy, and recyclable. I’m notorious for over-packing on trips and choosing to pack for how I feel at that moment vs. thinking about what we are actually going to be doing. So, I took a step back, looked over my choices, unpacked a few outfits, and mentally noted what I needed to add to my wardrobe. I want to be comfortable and relaxed, yet I also want to feel cute and put together as well.  Therefore, I decided to head over to Evereve Official at the Biltmore in Phoenix and pick up a few last-minute pieces for our trip, focusing on summer staples.

Below, I am sharing my two favorite looks.

                                                            LOOK ONE

If this look doesn’t scream summer, then I don’t know what does. This black and white striped tank is 100% cotton, quality material, and perfectly pairs with white jeans or any high-wasted shorts. I was immediately sold when I put on these white flared cropped jeans, as they are not only comfortable and recyclable for my wardrobe, but the cropped flare style is TOO GOOD. A style I will definitely be bringing with me to the Fall season.

                                                            LOOK TWO

Everyone needs a lightweight jean jacket to invest in for their wardrobe, and this one is GOOD! What I’ve found to be worthwhile about the purchase, is not only the quality but that the jacket can be used 3 out of 4 seasons throughout the year. Remember when I accidentally put on my jacket upside down the other day? Yup, it was this one … and I still stand by the look. You can wear the jacket with a dress, off the shoulder, or honestly paired with anything. I styled this jacket with a tied white tank, striped pants, and nude sandals. I’m in love with these pants as they are not only comfortable but have two side slits, making it easy to walk anywhere… especially in the sand.
