After judging last years Model of the Year search for Phoenix Fashion Week, the team invited me back for a second year of judging. The search took place last weekend at Phoenix Premium Outlets in Chandler, where the temperatures were high and the crowds were large… seeing over 130 people strut their stuff for a chance at becoming this years top 40. Now, what exactly does that mean? These top 40 will go under a full summer boot camp where they get a makeover, perfect their walks, and compete with one another in varies photoshoots and competitions as well as premiering at Phoenix Fashion Week in October. The final two winners (male and female) will be signed with Arizona’s top modeling agency, The Agency Arizona.

After hours of seeing many people walk through the doors and much deliberation, tonight we showcase the top 40 models at Livewire as well as the Emerging Designers for Phoenix Fashion Week. Doors open at 7pm. See you there!
