As I mentioned last week, my sister and mom hit the road from Syracuse, NY to drive cross country to Arizona last Friday. They arrived yesterday and it has been one chaotic household. Three women and three dogs. Everyone (mostly Lucy) is getting used to the new additions. My mom is here for another week and Lexie is here to stay. She will be living with us until she hits the floor running. Its an exciting new change for everyone!

If any of you are wondering, I am still going strong for “Dry January.” It has officially been 16 days since I’ve had alcohol. How do I feel? Great. No feeling of bloat, more energy, more mindfulness, less cravings. I do consume more sweets and coffee in my day. Is anyone else partaking in dry January? How are you feeling?
