Meet Zoey: ADOPTED

March 25, 2015

I would like to introduce you to a new local company that recently launched in Phoenix, AZ called The Dog Party. A similar concept to jewelry or purse parties,  Breezie and Hailey (co-owners) bring fashionable and quality-made pet products to your home. You provide the location, guest list, and light snacks; and the party planners will do the rest. It is up to you if you’d like to include dogs at your party but treats will be provided if you do. Hosts also get to pick out $75 worth of free merchandise. The shirt I am wearing in this post, “Dog Hair Dont Care” is one of the many products sold at these events. As a personal dog lover and rescue advocate, I absolutely love the concept! Be sure to check them out and contact Breezie (Breezie@thedogparty.co) and Hailey (Hailey@thedogparty.co) directly if you are interested in hosting a party.

I would love to introduce you to Zoey, who is one of my absolute favorites! She is a 1 ½ year old Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix that was surrendered to AZSDR when her owner moved out-of-state and was unable to take her along. Zoey is housebroken, good with other dogs and good with older children (10 and up). She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $200, plus $20 for her microchip. Zoey is the SWEETEST girl and reminds me a lot of my dear Lucy. A slightly timid dog, yet a complete cuddler. She really started to show her personality and became so comfortable by the end of the day. There definitely was a few text messages to my husband that day which read, “I want Zoey.” I would highly recommend you go check out this adorable girl. She will not last long.
