Chocolate Fruit and Nut Protein Balls

This is one of my favorite new desserts since I began eating clean. An excellent alternative when you have a sweet tooth and it’s completely guilt free. High recommended!
4 Tablespoons Protein Powder, I used vanilla
10 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons All Natural Peanut Butter
Roughly 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
Chopped slivered almonds and dried cranberries
Live Gluten Free Granola (Raw)
Add the first five ingredients to a food processor. Mix together and add almond milk for a creamy consistency. Scoop out small balls of the mixture and add to a baking cup (you can also roll into a ball yourself and put on parchment paper- but messier). Chop up some slivered almonds, dried cranberries, granola or any topping of your choice and sprinkle on top of the protein ball. Place in freezer overnight or for at least 2 hours to harden.
