Get ready to be amazed at how easy this is. I
- Firm organic tofu
- Salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Add butter to a skillet and turn the temperature on medium. Slice the tofu an inch in thickness and add to skillet once its butter has melted. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the tofu is golden brown. Flip and repeat for another 2-3 minutes. You want the outside to be seared and crispy and middle to be soft.
Take off and set on a paper towel or cutting board to cool, cut in cubes and serve. Vivienne can’t get enough of this.
