Since having my membranes sweeped yesterday morning, I had contractions and a back ache the rest of the day. Infrequent, sometimes painful, but mainly just consistent throughout the day. By the evening, I was having some serious back pains that were not going away. The family and I arrived at Clever Koi and I felt uncomfortable the entire time… especially with the back aches. I was convinced we would be coming home to putting our bags in the car and heading to the hospital. We did what the doctor suggested and went to bed. If the contractions are the real deal, they would wake me up at night. I woke up this morning, feeling just as normal as I did a couple of days ago. I took Lucy on a long walk, showered, and started having the back pains again with infrequent contractions. This is where I am at right now. Sitting, waiting, and attempting to clock the minutes between contractions. Hoping the real deal happens sooner than later! Updates coming soon!
