16 WEEKS PREGNANT
This little girl has made a huge improvement in growth this week. It feels like I got bigger overnight and am clearly starting to show in tight clothing. Although I am still in that awkward stage of do people think its fat vs. is she pregnant, I’m owning the bump. The last day or two I have felt some round ligament pain, which is normal in the second trimester as the uterus is growing and stretching. I still exercise regularly and have found myself craving less sweets the more I don’t eat them (rocket science, I know). Although seeing the scale go up in weight can be a little unsettling, I know its the healthiest for the baby and I couldn’t be more OK about that. It’s all for the baby!

Stretch marks: None
Sleep: Sleeping 8 hours, hop in bed at 9pm every night.
Best moment of this week: Celebrating Mother’s Day and realizing next year I’ll have a 7 month old
Miss anything: Lounging with red wine and a hard workout
Movement: No movement
Food cravings: I have cravings like a 6 year old. Grilled cheese, cereal, bagels, and anything carbs. I have been able to start eating vegetables again and as always, I love eggs.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing.
Have you started to show yet: Yes!!! and growing more every day.
Labor signs: None
Belly button in or out: In
Wedding rings on or off: Unfortunately, off. This pregnancy has made me have a terrible reaction to my wedding rings.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy!!
Looking forward to: Our big ultrasound at the end of the month.
