The last day was definitely my favorite out of the three. We made the decision to go to the festival a few hours earlier to venture around and check out the Heineken tent. After having a few beers and almost heading out, we noticed a DJ coming on called Hot Dub Time Machine. “He’s about to start, let’s just wait and check him out,” JJ stated. Tim began to spin and the rest of the set was history. Our group danced the entire time, while raving about the concept. Tim had us travel back in time listening to the hits from 50s to today. You guys, he played my girl, Annie Lennox! That was by far one of the best moments from Coachella.

After pouring out of the Heineken tent, we headed over to the Sahara tent to hear Martin Solveig perform. As corny as it may sound, I have never been on some ones shoulders in the middle of a crowd before. I really wanted to do this. Mission accomplished and might I add, amazing.

We spent the rest of the day/night with friends, listening to music and relaxing. Did I mention that I wore a fake nose ring this day? Kind of obsessed with it. Fact: I actually lost my nose ring at the end of the night, but don’t worry I ordered a new one immediately. I was a little disappointed in Drake’s performance that night but loved seeing Madonna come out. That was definitely a fan girl moment for me.

So Coachella had come and went, leaving me in love with the festival and everything that goes with it. Completely worth the wait and hype. If you haven’t yet made Coachella a priority in your life, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

If you haven’t checked out my day one or two yet, head on over! 🙂

Be Kind,
Lola
