PHXFW Night 1 Recap
As I rushed home from work, let the pups out, and quickly changed into my outfit for the night; I was missing one thing, a photographer. My amazing husband has been forced to be my, “Come outside in the 100 degree weather and do a photo shoot with me” kind of guy. You can just imagine the excitement across his face every time I ask. Little did he know, he was on his way to a softball game which will leave him limping with a strained hamstring for the next week.
After taking a few awkward yet imperative selfies, I hit the road to my first night of Phoenix Fashion Week. This night I went alone, which was again, slightly depressing. I sat with my new blogger friend Claire and her friend Amanda for the first half where they showcased the emerging designer, until I realized that I was getting terrible photos. Therefore, the rest of the night I was on my feet at the end of the runway snapping away.
