Open-faced dinner

Ingredients
1 Egg, poached
Slice of sourdough bread, toasted in broiler
Sun-dried tomatoes, 4 tomatoes
Cherry tomatoes, 2 tomatoes halved
1/4 avocado, smashed
Coconut oil
Salt and pepper
Asparagus
Chili powder
Red pepper flakes

Directions
I followed these directions for the perfect poached egg. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes, and add to a skillet on medium with coconut oil. Add the asparagus sprigs to the skillet and cook with pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn the oven on broil, add the cherry tomatoes with coconut oil and pepper and cook until slightly browned. Slice the sourdough bread in half, and place in the oven, broil until browned. Place the toasted bread on a plate, spread the smashed avocado on top, then the poached egg, cherry tomatoes, and sun-dried tomatoes sprinkled with chili powder, red pepper flakes and pepper.
