A week of Detox
After an amazing couple of weeks celebrating my birthday (blog post – coming soon), I am taking the week to DETOX.
When I say week… I mean by Saturday.
I’m not talking about the master cleanse or the three day juice – only cleanse that I did back in September that I forgot to mention failed miserably at (posts here, here and here on that subject – what a nightmare); I am talking about my own personal cleanse.
1. No alcohol – that means you, wine
2. More water consumption!!!
3. No coffee or caffeine
4. Vegetable juice for breakfast and dinner or protein drink if after workout
5. Healthy vegetable salad for lunches
6. No sugar – including fruit
7. Snack on vegetables and nuts
