Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil Cauliflower Crust Pizza
A quick grocery trip the next morning led to round 2 for Sunday night’s dinner.
Tip: Regardless of what the recipe calls for, especially when making something for the first time that involves ingredients you may not have worked with before… use parchment paper. It makes the baking process a whole lot easier in general.
The second time around, the pizza came out great! Round 3 will involve cooking the “dough” longer to make sure the crust comes out more crispy in the center.
