Honey Covered Pumpkin Seeds

One of the many different ways you can use your holiday pumpkin is baking the seeds. When you are taking out the guts, before you carve your masterpiece, remove all of the pumpkin seeds and move to a seperate bowl. You will be so happy you did this. This year was my first year and I am officially hooked. I made 3/4 salt and the rest tested in a honey drizzle. Delicious!
Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds
Baking Sheet Pan
Butter
Salt
Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees and wash the pumpkin seeds in water. Add them to a small bowl with 2 teaspoons of melted butter. Spread the seeds on the baking sheet in a single layer and add plenty of salt to all of them. Using your judgement, drizzle honey over all or some of the seeds. Place in oven and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
