A healthier choice to the old fashion frenchy fry, this recipe will defintely satisfy that deep fry craving. I say healthier, as these vegetables are still coated with breadcrumbs… so although they may not be the healthiest choice, a great substiute that I love.

Flour to coat
Handful of breadcrumbs
Vegetable Oil, 1 cup
In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil for about two minutes. Add flour to the sliced zucchini, dip in scrambled egg and then coat in breadcrumbs. Add the fries to the vegetable oil and cook for about 2 minutes, until the breadcrumbs turn nice and brown. Move the fries to a papertowel to cool down and crisp. Serve with your favorite sauce.
