A Salad made for a warm day!

Wednesday night we decided to make a healthy salad with sangria for dinner. I love making these type of salads on a beautiful day! A few years ago we went on a great weekend getaway to Arrowhead with our friends Meg and Jon. Meg made this pear, feta, cranberries, walnuts and chicken salad that JJ and I quite often make when the weather is nice. We mixed things up this time using what we had at home instead of buying all ingredients we most likely wouldn’t use right away.  
Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
2 pears
handful of raspberries
two chicken breasts, chopped
handful of pecans
feta cheese

Dressing 
 (the best light dressing for fruit)
olive oil
balsamic
fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
