Penne with spicy tomato cream sauce

On my solo Thursday night in I made myself a pasta dish, and threw in The Last Kiss. Depressing movie, yes, but such a good soundtrack and life lesson.. never take anyone you are with for granted.
I am beginning to master making cream sauces without using a recipe. 
I am frankly in love with the dish.
 olive oil
Two chopped garlic cloves
one can of diced tomatoes, undrained
salt and pepper 
cayenne pepper
red pepper
3/4 cup of parsley
dried basil 
1/2 cup of whipping cream
1/2 cup of clam juice 
Start by heating up some olive oil in a pan, add your garlic and cook on medium but watch do they do not burn. Add the tomatoes, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper. Let cook for a few minutes then add the whipping cream and clam juice. Bring to a bowl and then let simmer for a few minutes while occasionally stirring. 
Add the sauce to your favorite pasta!
