While visiting my best friend in Buffalo, NY a few years ago we went to this restaurant called Chefs.
I had heard about it a lot at St. Bona’s but never experienced the famous italian dish they always talked about until then.
It is an easy dish from what I remembered and decided to it recreate it on my night in with Lucy.
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese
half of a lemon
Cook pasta al dente
Place semi cooked pasta in a small oven friendly bowl
Squeeze some lemon juice on top
mix in some tomato sauce
put the shredded mozzarella on top
sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted
