Cooking Bratwurst

Bratwurst was something JJ introduced me to a few years ago. Amazing. 
We figured the best way to cook is in beer (we use coors light) 
with onions, peppers, spices, salt, pepper, chopped potatoes with rosemary sprinkled on top.
We cut them open and stick some of the onions and peppers inside as well. 
We usually put a few Jalapenos in there, but today I left them out.
Cook on 350 degrees for an hour, a dinner your guy will love and you will crave 😉
